On April 17th, Bocconi Students for Fashion hosted the very first Fashion Day at Bocconi’s University. The topic was focused on Mergers and Acquisitions in the market for fashion and luxury items.
The topics that were discussed were focused on markets’ trends and future expectations regarding M&A and IPO operations, as well as the role of Private Equities, trying to understand how these dynamics evolve in particular in the Italian scenario.
